A graduate of Wrocław University of Technology, where he completed a master’s degree in computer science and management. He also completed postgraduate studies at Central Connecticut State University in international trade and management.

He has over 30 years of professional experience gained in managerial positions in international corporations and privately owned Polish companies. He has been associated with the food, feed, gastronomy, and textile industries. His work has focused on sales management, building distribution networks, overseeing investments and restructuring processes, as well as managing production plants with complex operational processes.

Throughout his career, he has held the following positions:
• CEO and President of the Management Board at Doctor Brew Sp. z o.o. / Browar w Niechanowie Sp. z o.o.,
• COO and Member of the Management Board at Sonko Sp. z o.o.,
• General Manager at John Cotton Europe Sp. z o.o.,
• Brand President of Burger King Poland & Czech Republic at AmRest Sp. z o.o.,
• General Manager and Member of the Management Board, and previously CEE Sales Director at Cargill Poland Sp. z o.o.,
• He has also held managerial roles at Kesz Sp. z o.o., General Bottlers, and Master Foods Polska Sp. z o.o
