Information on the processing of personal data for job applicants
Following the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of data) (Journal of Laws UE L 119, p. 1) – in short, the GDPR and the provisions of Polish law on the protection of personal data.
I. Personal data administrator
The administrator of your data is HiProMine S.A., with its seat in Robakowo 62-023, ul. Poznańska 12F. Contact with the data administrator is possible via e-mail at info@hipromine.com or in person at the address indicated above.
II. Purposes and basics of data processing
A. for recruitment purposes based on your consent (the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR),
B. to ensure the safety of employees at the workplace and on the premises of the workplace, to ensure property protection, protection against unauthorized entry into the workplace, production control or to keep secret information, the disclosure of which could expose the employer to damage (video monitoring located outside and inside the workplace) (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
III. The categories of your data that we process
We process your identification data, such as name, surname, date of birth, contact details provided by you (telephone number or e-mail address), education, professional qualifications and the course of previous employment and other data that you provide in the recruitment application yourself, such as your photo and place of residence. In addition, we store the image captured on video surveillance recordings if an interview is carried out at the workplace.
IV. Data recipients
We may share your data with the following categories of entities:
A. IT Systems Administrator (IT service providers or hosting providers),
B. entities carrying out tasks for our company in the field of consulting services/occupational medicine/recruitment services/legal services or entities handling EU projects,
C. entities/institutions controlling the activities of our company,
D. accounting offices,
E. other entities providing services that are necessary for the implementation of your job role tasks.
V. Data transfers to third countries and international organizations
Your data will be transferred to the USA in connection with the use of Google services. Adequate security of your data is ensured by an approved certification mechanism in conjunction with the enforceable obligations of the data recipient obliged to ensure appropriate safety measures (Privacy Shield program).
VI. Data storage period
Data obtained in the recruitment process are stored as follows:
a. if the application is rejected, the data obtained for recruitment will be deleted immediately after closing the recruitment process for which the application was submitted,
b. if the candidate expresses his/her consent to store their data in the database for future recruitment, the data is stored for 6 months from the date of closing the recruitment process for which the application was submitted,
c. data obtained from the candidate to conclude a potential employment contract/civil law contract/scholarship, which has not been concluded, are stored for the period of negotiating the contract.
VII. Your rights
Regarding your data, you have the right to:
A. access your data and receive a copy of it
B. rectify (correct) your data
C. delete your data.
D. limit data processing
E. transfer your data
F. lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully,
G. withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data covered by your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing which was carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal.
VIII. Information on the requirement of providing your data voluntarily
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process. If you do not provide your data, it will not be possible to start the recruitment process.
IX. Automated decision making
Decisions regarding your data will not be made in an automated manner. You will not be subject to profiling.
X. Information about the data source
We have obtained your data based on the personal questionnaire provided by you, your explicit consent or other documents you provided to us, as well as based on information provided to us during interviews with you in the recruitment process.
