Professor of Agricultural Sciences, specialist in animal nutrition. Head of the Department of Animal Nutrition at the Poznań University of Life Sciences. For years, he has combined academic knowledge with business practice, developing innovative solutions based on insect protein.

Experienced in:

animal nutrition, use of feed additives, feed production technology, molecular microbiology of the gastrointestinal tract;
application, management and implementation of projects funded by national and international grants;
management of processes in the poultry and feed industry;
optimization of feed processing on an industrial scale.

Co-author of patent applications (UPRP / PCT) in the field of animal feed, technology, and industrial insect farming. Co-author of numerous scientific publications and reports, including those presented at national and international scientific conferences. Author and co-author of numerous popular science articles. Supervisor of doctoral and master’s theses.
