About our company

For over 10 years, HiProMine has been setting standards in animal nutrition, consistently building its position as a leader in innovative biotechnological solutions.
Our stock market debut in 2022 opened up new growth opportunities. This strategic step allowed us to intensify our efforts in expansion and innovation, in line with our previously adopted path of dynamic growth.

About our company

HiProMine was founded in 2015 to address global challenges such as the growing demand for alternative protein sources and the need to reduce food waste.

Today, HiProMine is a leading European supplier of functional feed components, produced using our proprietary, innovative insect farming technology. Our offering focuses on delivering high-quality functional raw materials for manufacturers of pet food, aquaculture and livestock feed, as well as fertilizer producers. HiProMine operates a fully integrated production process – from proprietary genetic material to final product – ensuring full quality control and consistency in delivered solutions.

Krzysztof Domarecki

Founder and main shareholder of the Selena Group, a holding company comprising businesses engaged in the production and distribution of construction chemicals in many countries around the world. The Member of the Supervisory Board is an entity related to a significant shareholder.

Rafał Kociszewski

Independent Member of the Supervisory Board | Manager with Extensive Banking Experience.
Since the beginning of his career, he has been associated with the banking sector, specializing in corporate banking. He has extensive experience in servicing and developing financing strategies for international companies and publicly listed corporations. Actively supports entrepreneurship in Lower Silesia. Since 2012, he has served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of the Western Chamber of Commerce.
